Where does an under aged tattoo child stand if a tattoo is found?

If a under aged tattooed, and it was seen (school for example) where would the child stand?

nothing, nobodys is really going to care just as long as the kid doesn't say who gave them the tattoo.

apart from what your parents might do to you there really not a ton that can be done

Nothing would be done to the child, but you could get the tattoo artist in a lot of trouble. I wouldn't want to have that on my conscience.

nothing dont worry about it i got my first tattoos when i was 15 and when my teacher saw them  the only thing they told me was that they're hot.

Well if an adult gave you the tattoo , they would be in serious trouble- there isn't a legal problem for you, but you may have problems with teachers, administrators and your parents.

The only legal problem would be if you used fake ID to get a tattoo, that would be fraud and you could be sued.

Th only people your going to get in trouble with is your parents.... no leagl action can be taken.
