  1. Anywhere that warm, moist air is cooled.  For example, a cold glass of water with ice in it is taken outside where the air is hot and the humidity is high.  Condensation will accumulate on the glass.

    Also, as warm, moist air rises, it is cooled.  The cooling causes the air to contract and condensation to occur---that forms clouds.
