Where does it get dark at 3pm i winter and dark at 11pm in summer?

It would be south of the arctic probably by about a thousand miles or the same distance from the antarctic in the south.

ummm....to my knowlage nowhare?

but if there is such a place it  would have to be in the nothern and/or southern mst tip of the earth(or somewhare fairly close) it involves the whole tilted axis and position of the earth around the sun,but i wont go into unecisary detail
