Where does my last name Piatak come from?

My last name is Piatak and i don't know what country that it originates from

It's a Slovak name, but could have come from any of a dozen different countries in Central Europe, from Poland to Slovakia to Bosnia, Hungary, Austria or Croatia. The lines were blurred when the Empire of Austria-Hungary absorbed most of Central Europe and redrew the map.
