Where does "Run" get it's info. from?

I was just going to things on my computer, and I clicked on run. So I type things in and it comes up with all this old stuff, and I was wondering if there was anyway to clear run? I just want to deleted all of it. Can I? Where do I have to go to if I want to delete it's info?

  1. Follow this closely and be careful:

    Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).

    Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Explorer\ RunMRU\.

    Delete all of the values in this key (everything in the right pane, except for (Default)).
