  1. You shouldnt have to pay your life saving to someone to save your life... we have a right to live.

  2. Same place it says to bomb countries.

  3. It doesn't and we don't have an expressed or implied right to government provided health care. There will be those that will find an implied right where none actually exists i.e. Roe v Wade where the Supreme Court found a non enumerated and non existent RIGHT to privacy. There will be those who incorrectly suggest it is implied in the phrase "a right to life, liberty etc..) the flaw in this thinking is that if taken to its logical conclusion one could argue we have a right to government provided food as well since without food we die.

  4. It doesn't... everyone knows that.  Besides, everyone can already get "free" health care if they just go to the hospital - might take a long time and you may be transferred if its not life threatening.  But it is available... just ask all the illegal aliens down in Cali and Texas.

  5. Right between the right to an abortion and the right of the state to confiscate your guns.

  6. You mean someone at the DNC misspoke. I am appalled. I am amazed. I am flabbergasted. I am a Republican. Bet you saw that one coming!

  7. The constitution doesn't explicitly say that we have a right to health care.

That doesn't necessarily mean that the right is not mandated by the constitution.

The are certain rights that are implicit in the constitution and are established via the US judicial system.

An example of this is the right to privacy or the right to an abortion.

  8. It doesn't and it isn't.

  9. It doesn't specifically, except as an extension of the right to life.  It's more of a morally correct right, that a caring and fair people would naturally want to give all its citizens.

  10. It is not directly said in the constitution. But it is implied when our founding fathers spoke about the Right to Life, Freedom and the pursuit of happiness....Medical Health coverage is needed to sustain life.

  11. Does it say you have a right to clean air, clean water, and uncontaminated food?
