I have just purchased a HAIER by LEMAIR benchtop dishwasher off good ol EBAY. however no instructions or manuals came with the unit and seller will not return my emails since feedback left. Anyway, where in the world do i put the powder/tablet. On the inside of the door there is a little smooth cutout, but if i close the door anything i put in there will just fall to the bottom. A friend suggested it just goes in the bottom and when the machine fills up it will do its job?? However there is a little pocket at the back corner, a bit out of the way for powder, but maybe it is. Can anyone shed any light for me? Also.....there is a drainage grill in the bottom with what looks like a heating element under it, the grill though only just sits in place, it seems that when the machine will fill this grill will just float out?? Im guessing its there to catch food. but wont do any good if it floats off every wash. Is this how its suppose to be?? will it float off??
