Ancestry.com lists one immigrant with the surname Kizzie who immigrated from Austria under its category "Place of Origin".  Under the category, "Ports of Departure",  Ancestry.com indicates that 67 individuals with the Kizzie surname left from either Liverpool, England, or Queenstown, Ireland, while 33 Kizzies left from either Bremen, Germany, or Southampton, England.  

    The English Census for 1891 shows one family with the Kizzie surname living in London while the US Census for 1920 shows 6 to 9 families named Kizzie with residences in New York and Georgia, 3 to 5 family named Kizzie living in Texas and Ohio, and between 1 and 2 families with the last name of Kizzie living in New York, Arkansas, and Alabama.


  2. This is apparently the meaning of Kizzie as a first name, maybe the last name Kizzie has a similar origin.
