Raef Bjayou off the Apprentice on TV is half-Portugese half-Lebonese I think, his dad being the Portugeuse half.  However, I think Bjayou is more Arabic in origin.  Portugal was under Muslim control for several centuries until the 1200s, so some Portugese words and names have since been borrowed from the Arabic language.  There's good reason to attach the name to both cultures.
