Blue balls is a condition where fluids build up in your ball sack either from injury, twisted balls, infection, or lymphatic system problems.  It  also can be caused by sexual over stimulation with out release.  It is really painful in some cases,  my nephew had to be hospitalized because he lost  blood flow down there. Bummer to be him!  If bad enough your balls will turn black and blue like a bruise.  If the swelling is that bad you probably won't even be able to walk or put your pants on.

Blue balls is a pseudo medical condition that occurs when a male is excited and does not receive relief.  After being denied the pleasure craved, the balls themselves experience sadness, thus are blue........but they are still balls, nevertheless.  Hence, Blue Balls!!!!!
