Where does the trash from mannhattan go?

Its not big enough for a dumb! is it? Do they just dump it out to sea? what? is there a "dump plane"? ha ha! like a "dump truck"

There is an endless convoy of garbage trucks , which passes through New Jersey to dumps in Pennsylvania.

The entire five boroughs of New York City, the last I heard, was using a dump/landfill in Staten Island.

Trash from Manhattan, and all the metro NYC area, is trucked to landfills in Pennsylvania...and even further west. Some waste also travels west by rail.

Trash is no longer permitted to be dumped at sea, although NYC did that for many, many years.

Trash is just another commodity, like anything else, it is bought, sold, and has value.
