  1. The exocytosis - the membrane gets in the contact with the cytoplasmatic membrane, and merges with it, in order to excrecte what's inside.

    In case of endocytosis, the membrane can merge with the golgi apparatus, but also reamin as a vesicle - then called lysosome, that is merged with other lysosomes, that contain lytic ensymes.
