he lives right near the Naval Conservatory over near Whitehaven St. (although not on whitehaven st... his "backyard" sort of touches this neighorhood).  Whitehaven is actually where the Clintons own a home as well.  A bunch of embassies are right around there.  The VP is actually right near the British embassy
