I've included a picture of what I'm referring to http://sites.google.com/site/windowsiding2/

What prevents it from getting behind the vinyl siding, particularly if the siding at the bottom corners of the window are not tight against the window?

  1. The shape of the J channel, and the small tang cuts that you allow as an overlap. the water just runs out of the channel.

Hopefully its not that loose. water will take the easiest route.

  2. Cant help you. The link doesn't work
