All the Euros and Dollars Mr. Putin receives from Iran?

All the Euros and Dollars Mr. Putin receives from Russian Oil and Gas exports?

All the rubles received from taxes of natural resources export firms?

Do all three of these go for public projects and welfare in 100% proportion?

    It goes into the government fund, from which we do all sorts of things:

    help other countries in their time of need (ukraine, moldova and south ossetia just in the past month)

    in country projects and investments


  2. Recently Putin claimed that he wants to make Moscow the financial hub of the world.Its something we have known all along-just one question remains-which bank has Putin hidden his millions in ?
