Where exactly Georgia is?

Is Georgia a peacefuly or war torn country?

There are at least 2 places called Georgia.  One is a state in the USA the other is a country that used to be part of the USSR.   The state of GA is fairly peaceful despite the jokes and stunts some of us may pull on Yahoo Answers.   The country of Georgia is sort of a mess right now because of invasion by Russia.     Try a web search at Yahoo for Georgia and Russia for more info

its south west of Russia

they not a big country (relatively small) they don't have much of a army at all so they are asking for help from other countries including America  

they are a friendly country but Russia is invading them for no reason (at least i think i have not heard anything in awhile)
