  1. Dreams are often your subconscious way of dealing with an overload of your conscious thinking.

What that means is that if you have an overload of anxiety or problems you carry them over into your dream cycles.

It happens a lot when you change jobs, schools, boyfriends or anything else that occupies your mind and is sometimes stressful.

Your dreams and your subconscious mind help you deal with your stress and your problems.

Unless you have the same repetitive dream over and over and over again it's absolutely healthy.

But as a Psychologist I can unequivocally tell you, that if you dream about falling, being trapped, not being able to dial the phone over and over and over again, you need to get help!!!

    Good luck!

  2. dreams is your subconscious trying to tell you something......

at least that's what i have read.

i think it's just wishful thinking when ur asleep

  3. go to google and search "Why do we dream"

you should get the answer to ur question

    good luck :)

  4. Someone once said ... I don't remember who ... but someone once said that dreams are only thoughts that we are afraid or to busy to contemplate when we are awake.

  5. dreams are the work of your subconsious mind! Sometimes, quite often actually, we tend to push things back and try to forget things that have hurt us before we actually resolve the issue. Our subcounsious is not going to let that happen and so when we are sleep these thoughts and feelings come out in our dreams! What are you dreaming about. What is this guy doing in your dreams? Is he happy? Is he nice to you? or are you in a fight with him. But the reason he is there is mostlikely because you never got the closer you needed! So even if you have tried to forget it, its obviously not forgotten! But given the info you've provided I can't get in too deep of an interpretation. Just try to figure out how you feel in the dream and maybe you have some issues you need to resolve in your waking hours! Good Luck!

**If it gets to bothering you too much try have a bite of chocolate or even some chocolate milk just before bed and it should help you with that!!

  6. It means your subconscioussly thinking about him. Your dreams are about %50 representations of your subconsciouss thought and the rest is just random becuase the chemisty of your brain whislt asleep is vaslty differnet from when your awake.

  7. I think we dream about what we want, what we're afraid of, what makes us happy. Things like that.

  8. ouch it must hurt to dream about getting your cardiovascular muscle getting smashed

  9. i agree and believe that are dreams are usually the last final thoughts and feelings that we have before we fall asleep...

  10. Dreams come from your mind, sometimes it is just your mind running through the different emotions that you had that day, that is why most people don't remember dreams because their mind isn't trying to tell them something. It would help more in interpreting your dream if i knew specifically what the dream is about the guy. If it is the same dream over and over again with little changes here and there than it is important to find out what it means. If the dude who broke up with you did it recentially, then this is the major issue within you and your mind is telling you that! Maybe its saying this guy may have been an @$$ but you need to throw out your nets and try to catch some more fish. Maybe its saying "HELLO why are you still thinking about this guy, he broke your heart your a great person you need to try to forget about this son of snakes and try to have some fun. Like i said i cant tell you excatally whats going on cause i don't know what the dream is, i hope i helped a little ---Jefafaaa---

  14. you have to face your fears.... and what is a better way then in your dreams...

The dream you are having is a release dream to resovle it you have confront your problem. You are not dealing with the problem in real life so you subconcious is taking over while you sleep. ask him why he broke your heart... Face him ad be strong, because you will make it through a broken heart don't let him take over your day and night. After you stand up for yourself you dream will stop..

    good luck
