Where exactly does eyeliner go?

does it go directly under the eye, near the lash or does it go on the eye lid, above the top eye lash?

right under your bottom lashes, and lightly. in your eye makes eyes look smaller. top - pull your lid taught and run your eyeliner right in your lash line. voila.

For the bottom? Either one of those! Most people do it right above the eyelash, but whatever you like better =)

it can go on the waterline(my favorite place to put it, its the fleashly part under our eye) on the lid, on the lashes, below the lash line, or you can tightline.

on the top, dont put it below the lashes, on the bottom dont put it above the lashes. there have been cases of leat poisining and sties in the eye caused bye poor eyeliner use..

the skin between the lashes and the eye on both the top and bottom lids. i usually only do the bottom though.

eyeliner goes on the top eyelid above the lash, also on the bottom under the lashes

It can go any and all of those places depending on the look you want to achieve!

I like to line my top lid, close to the lashes, from about the mid point of the eye to the outer corner then swoop up a bit...same with lower..right under bottom lashes, starting mid-eye and meeting upper eyeliner in the upward swoop. You can smudge it a bit to make it look more smoky!

I put my eye liner on the top part of my eye where the lashes are and also on the botten of the lashes.

Dont do it to thick though or else your'll look stupid like i did one day :)

i put mine right on top of the lash line and below on the bottom and i don't put all the way around my eye....only like the outer half and smudge it a little w/ eyeshadow...
