Alhough several colleges and universities offer distance education, choose a college with reputation and standing.  Also give good weightage to the college, which has a study center in the area you live and how easy it is to attend the classes / exams at regular intervals.  My bro has done his MBA through distance education from SYMBIOSIS, Pune, and it was a pretty heavy on expenditure.  Osmania University, Hyderabad offers you distance education and is known to be a good college, Annamalai Universtity from Tamil Nadu is also one good university.  Trust this helps.  Good luck.
