    Go to Realclearpolitics.com and check out their polling summaries.  Obama's gotten a bounce from his convention.

    Speaking of thuds, wait a day or two to see how the polls view McCain's VP pick.

    Most of the polls already show Obama up 5 points going into the convention. He is still ahead in delegate count.
