Question:

Where have half of the questions gone?

I have posted three questions in Genealogy forum today, but none are showing up in the list! the questions jump from the "Hoxton, Middlesex" question 8 hours ago, to the questions about messaging people on Genes reunited...19 hours ago!

Is it just my computer being stupid, or have they gone from yours too? Can you see them? My previous questions were:

* What's your favourite thing about researching your family?

* How to store paper copies of your research?

I'm not begging for answers to my questions BTW; I'm just concerned that they're since I can't see them in the listing, they're not being seen by someone who could potentially give me the answer I'm looking for.

Is Yahoo going mad?

  1. I don't seem to see all the questions either try looking at the links at the bottom of each page or someone elses list in that catergory.

  2. I answered your paper question and can still find it in my list.

    http://au.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind...

  3. Perhaps we're all losing it, I spotted them, earlier...and now?

    Addendum, 1:35 Mtn. time

Well not losing it entirely, found you first query in my 'answers' column.  Will see what further shows up!

  4. They've gone to find their own answers coz we are all thicko's

  5. From the titles, they were legitimate questions, so they didn't get deleted. Did you go through your profile and click "My questions"? I tried, but you have them marked private.

I wonder if they are trying a beta version of separating the UK, Canada, Australia etc. versions of Y!A?

If not, did you go to someone's profile and click on his/her questions? I did that a time or two. I ended up in uk.answers.yahoo.com instead of answers.yahoo.com. The board looked different.

  6. If your profile allowed people to check out your Q & A's, we could tell you something, maybe!

Or maybe they got routed through to the UK Answers page?
