Where/how can i find e 85 (ethanol) gas stations?

Why would you want to find one? That fuel choice offers lower miles per gallon and higher costs when compared to normal gasoline! Plus unless your vehicle is specifically designed to use that fuel, you will damage your engine by using it!

Hopefully they will all be shut down before you find one. Poor people in the world starve because they can't afford food while 'green' people burn corn in their autos.
