Where/how to get student card?

i am 16, and have just left school. i will be going to 6th form in september, and i want to know if i can get a student card,and where i can get one from. any suggestions?

I'm a student in college and got mine when I first enrolled but I know some people from other colleges and schools who got theirs when they started in September.

You should be able to get a form at your sixth form
