Where/how would I get a Pony License in California?

Question

Currently training my horse, eventually want to pony racehorses. I know I have to work my way up to that, where do i start?

I have to call you out on this one, If your caught with a needle or a drug at the track even for pony horses your out on your bum

Plus never would you want to have a pony horse drugged ?

That is the worst thing I have ever heard ,

You must not have very good ones to be doing that to them

Plus its the best and safest job on the track

You have to get on a trainers list, and you have to have very nice horse
