I doubt if you can apply on the internet. Usually, they have Agencies that recruit for them (accredited with the embassy). That way the agency can verify all papers like education, experience, and background checks. The Canadian embassy in the Philippines might have a list of skilled labor that they currently need and the hiring agencies that were accredited to recruit them. Why not. Its a good idea too. Try Canada. Singapore may be closer to home but not if you are considering citizenship. This island is too close to racial hotspots for your children.

I would suggest you scan www.seek.com.au and go to overseas as there are thousands of positions advertised there  so possibly there could be something there for you too. Good Luck!
