You can find at any Perfume shops so called ATTAR in Urdu almost all of the shops are Muslim guys. well the point is you should have a bit of knowledge about the rose oil to know which one is more pure and most pure. Its up to you to communicate with them they will show you many and you can choose, the rates are different in different shops. But you can find it easily, I bought it many times. These shops you will find near FAMOUS ICECREAM shop at Mojamjahi Market, hyderabad. or at CHARMINAR if you ask anyone that where is ATTAR shop they will lead you to one of the shop.
