You cant... That would be considered illegal.  Such a thing doesn't exist unless you got some sort of godly pass by Microsoft for a complimentary copy of Windows XP... which they're getting ready to discontinue support for.  They've already cut off sales of XP.  You should be thinking this...

Microsoft + Windows = $$$    Microsoft + $$$ = Happy Microsoft.

Microsoft - $$$ = Angry Microsoft, Angry Bill Gates, and an Angry chair throwing Steve Ballmer.

Microsoft is in the business of making billions of $$$.  Free copies of XP on the internet are pirated versions and leads to a lot of legal problems when caught.
