The best Monte Christo sandwhich I've ever eaten was at the Blue Bayou Restaurant at Disneyland under Pirates of the Carribean Ride, Such a great atomosphere but pricey too. YUMMMMM

My husband had the best monte cristo sandwich at Disneyland.  I know that's not a place where you can just walk in and eat, but if you happen to go there, try it.  It's at the Blue Bayou right next to the Pirates of the Caribbean.
