Where i can find a wild gengar in pokemon pearl?

i need to find a gengar in pokemon pearl i was looking in a web site the i can get a wild gengar but where ?

This is a extremely rare case-and very hard to distinguish too,

first you need to put your Ruby/Sappire/Leafgreen/Firered game into

your DS, then go to the EyeRoom in the Old Chateau and Gengar will

become "rare" instead of "none", but only in the EyeRoom though.

you can find a gengar in the purple painting room in the old chateu which is located west of eterna city (in the eterna forest). You can only find it if you insert a gameboy advance game, and the chances of finding it are 4%.

after you've gotten the national dex, go to the old chateau in eterna forest (very near to Eterna City exit, behind the cuttable trees) and go to the second room from the right... it will have a painting with creeepppy red eyes in it... there will be wild gengars in this room, but they are rare, so persist.

you can't you need to get a gastly at the old cheatau then train it and evolve it into a haunter then trade that

there are NO wild gangar anywhere

U can't find any ganger in Sinoh as a wild pokemon. But u will see some Gastly an HANTER at night in some places(grass), lost tour, that place where is giratina(sorry I forgot the place's name).

so if u wanna get a gengar then u have to trade a hanter with some1. Then it will evolve.

a gengar can be found in the old chateau second floor and through the door in the middle. It is the second last room from the right. You can only find gengar if you have emerald, sapphire, ruby, fire red or leaf green inserted. Hope I helped ya
