Where i can find out how to change russian driving licence in France?

moving to france;im holding russian driving licence and i heard you can exchange them there;what website i can look?anybody know anything helpfull?

the prefecture can do that, but I supposed if your country's license isnt in the same standard you will have to see with the driving school to start from strach

When you move to France you have one year from your initial entry to exchange your licence. Driving licences in France are issued locally, so where you go to do this depends on where you live. It will probably be the same place you need to go for your residence permit.
