Where i can find selling sausage casing here in Singapore to make homemade sausage?

Try at one of the Italian delis, that is were I got mine when I worked there in the 1980's at a hotel run by a Canadian chain, they sell the small and large, by the pound, check the phone directory and call before setting out, as which they stock and the price per pound, now they may even have the non-animal casing made from starch or collegen, it is nice to and is more digestable.

You have to ask at the butcher shop or meat department

IT is not a high demand item..

Sorry I do not have a site that carry kits..and spices..
