i want a free project in C language for the compilers with source codes......

  1. It really depends on what you are looking for.  The most obvious source is this: Open Source precisely means the vendor makes the source code available  so you can change it as you see fit.  This means, for example, you can even get the source code for the firefox web browser (which has an engine written in C++ but is mostly in an interpreted language called xul) if you go looking for it -- and as I use gentoo on two of my laptops I tend to get it recompiled every time I update it on them.

    That leads to a second way of going about it.  Google has specific operating-system specific pages.  http://www.google.com/bsd and http://www.google.com/linux will, because of the traditional user base,  link to more university and computer professional sites than more general sites and will allow you greater access to source codes and to projects you can build from scratch.


  2. Sourceforge.net but do not copy and submit them as your project assignment you will get caught and get ZERO.
