Where / if should I use my blanket from Cozumel?

Question

I bought a souvenier blanket when I cruised the Bahamas years ago.

This blanket has the COZUMEL, MEXICO name with an Aztec-decoration on it.

I want to take it out of my closet to hang or USE somewhere around my house. I am tempted to mount it to a frame, then hang it on a wall, indoors.

Without having to worry about keeping the DUST off of it, where am I overlooking to use this blanket, indoors?

Now, it is FAR TOO HOT to consider using any blanket on my bed, so this option is no good.

I have some Mexican blankets and I use them for accent decor/protection on my entertainment center, over my dresser, etc. It helps buffer the use of these pieces for plants, picture frames, TV on dresser, etc and it looks really pretty without any damage to the blanket at all if you are careful. SO. Kind of like a table cloth/table runner, but I would never use them on a dining table.

They do get a little dusty. Every once in a while, I take the whole arrangement apart, dust everything, and give the blankets a good shake and put it back, or rearrange.
