Where in AZ or CA can I buy invisible UV ink (can't find a store)?

I'm done with receiving fake stuff in the mail. Does anyone know a physical address? I've tried Michael's, Party City, Staples, and Office Max. No dice.

Try writing with lemon juice on paper.  Hold it over open flame to read.
