Besides taking care of their own Nationalities living aboard, the Embassies also introduce their culture to the host country. Therefore many Embassies provide language courses of their native language. Maybe you get lucky and the Russian Embassy offers the same. Just ask them.

Right across the Embassy is the Russian Cafeteria Waterfalls. You may ask them to put a note at their window that you are looking for a Russian tutor or talk to the owner (she is Russian married to a local) if she has any other idea.

Schools like Berlitz etc. do not offer Russian courses, at least not for my knowledge.
