I'm the kind of guy who's young and good lookin, but poor for 1st world standards... (but rich for 3rd world standards). And I also have trouble getting girls because I don't like to initiate the conversation and make the first moves! So where to go.... whats my best bet of going somewhere where all the girls there will swarm to me? And ask me out? And so on.....

If your after a good clean relationship with a brazilian girl and your from a 1st world country, try going to the south of Brazil. Sao Paulo etc. Go to cities where people have jobs, people a bit more cosmopolitan and west friendly.

If your after no strings attached s*x, girls who'll whistle at you and come upto you and talk. Go to Natal, Salvador etc. places where tourism exists. you'll find many "piranhas - prostitutes" who chase after western men for alittle extra cash (cheap compared to Us Dollars). if your good looking, some will even do it for free (for fun).
