Any snowboarding shop like "The Source". You can also just head to the local malls in your area like Sunridge or Deerfoot and check out Sport Chek or Sport Mart, and they should carry beach wear at this time of the year.

On 17th Ave SW, there are several stores, such as the Source, and Frozen Ocean that carry exactly what you are looking for.
