I live in Long Beach, and the last time I checked, every site I've been to (LA Phil., Pacific Symphony Orchestra, Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts, etc.) either have no schedule, or is booked! Where can I watch classical concerts, showing this month? I have to write a concert review, and it's due on the 25th (or 27th) but I want to find one, now, so I can submit my work early.

  1. The Long Beach Municipal Band has outdoor concerts throughout August that are free to attend. They even perform several concerts that are right by the beach.

The only problem is they aren't playing classical music in any of their shows.  The link takes you to their schedule.

The 2nd link is for the Los Angeles Times The Guide online and it lists all of the upcoming classical concerts.
