You can adopt a pig, using petfinder.com, I'm pretty sure that you can find babies as well as adults.

All you have to do is select pig, age, and your zip code and it will list the shelters nearest to you that have pigs up for adoption.

Petfinder or google rescue groups.  They are a lot of work and require a lot of mental stimulation. Do your homework first.
