On the atlantic coast, likely Newfoundland

not alot of people live there anymore and are migrating elsewhere

Long distances from major urban centers, unbelivably inexpensive but rarely have power etc

wallaceburg   Ontario  and Elliot Lake in Northern Ontario  both have become retairement communities
