Where in Cancun or Cabo is a good spot for high school seniors?

My daughter and her friends want to do a senior trip for their spring break, I know they want to go somewhere with a lot of partying and nice beaches. Where is a safe, but still fun place that they can go. Is it better to rent a house or stay at a resort? Please give me names and websites!

HI...I would recommend them going to Cancún before Cabo any day. Cancún is more for partying and also plays host to the best spring break. Cancun's weather is nicer and Cancun has more beautiful beaches and the water is more beautiful in Cancun.  It's best to stay at a resort in Cancun.  They would have more fun. I would suggest them to get an all-inclusive package.  Cancun is safe and all resorts have on site security 24/7.  There is much more to do and see in Cancun than in Cabo.  A lot of the singers that I'm sure your daughter listens to go to Cancun every spring break for shows. MTV is always there and it's a lot of fun in Cancun for spring break.  The best spring break hotel in Cancun is Oasis Cancún. The resorts that cater to spring breakers will all have kids around there age and they take great care of them and show them a great time. The resorts have loud music playing by the pool and games and contests. Definitely choose Cancún for their spring break. Cancun is well known for its wild parties for spring breakerss and offers a wider variety of entertainment and activities for these kind of groups. If you want an affordable all inclusive with good food, I can suggest The Great Parnassus Resort & Spa. But if you want something cheaper, you should consider Grand Oasis Cancun ( or any other Oasis hotel in Cancun), Dos Playas (3 stars), Solymar (4 stars)...
