  1. the port is not far from the city or the airport.

From the airport the taxi was around 40 pounds, so 80 dollars.

From downtown I usually paid 10 pounds, so 20 dollars.

The place where the ships actually stop has a little mall in front with souvenir shops and some cool outlets that had good priced clothes, even for Danish prices which are VERY high.

Also, there´s a marina near by and a huge park, very very cool.

And the little mermaid. THE ACTUAL little mermaid, the statue is at walking distance from the port in this park.

I used to stop there while working in cruise ships and its my very favorite port in the baltic.

You can walk into the city, but its a 2 hour walk, but very nice sights.

The prices I gave you to the city are based on the downtown area where Tivoli Gardens is. Right next to the Hard Rock Cafe.

    Enjoy.

  2. The cruise ships berth is just along the Dockside from the statue of the little mermaid and about 10 minutes from the city centre.
