I think you have to be 18, but I got mine done when I was 14 in the city centre. I'm not going to say the name of the place here online, but if you want to know, email me and I'll tell you. I had to fill out a form with my date of birth etc, so if you're willing to do that, you should be fine.

As far as im aware, you have to be 18..but i think i was about 16 when i got mine done!! They probably wont ask for ID...so you could just go in and chance your arm x
