I need to make a rental agreement for a property in Hyderabad. Where can I buy stamp paper for Rs. 20?

They can b bought from any notary shop which specify  as 'stamp vendor'.......

Just enquire in a good stationery shop too. Now a days it is available in many places.

Also in Post Offices.

Your House Owner or agent should help too.

In any case you have to go to a Notary. So try the court areas.

all denomination stamp papers are available at Registrar office situated  near Mozmzahi market (Beside Karachi Bakery). All court complex will also have Stamp Vendors. try.
