Where in Liverpool would be great for a romantic meal, say, costing £100-£150?

booked a weekend in liverpool with my other half, need some good advise on where to eat out, somewhere special.

  4. The hotel below is lovely, I have eaten there a few times and the food is first class.

    Its not in Liverpool, its across the Mersey in Leasow (about a 20 in car journey from L'Pool centre).  Its well worth visiting but booking is essential.

  5. At the Anfield this weekend for the match between Liverpool and Villa. Scousers rule.

    The London Carriage Works - Hope Street - highly recommended

    60 Hope Street - on Hope Street - again very nice restaurant

    Cuba de baco is really nice, owned by the same people who used to own alot of the bars at Albert Dock - all the local celebs go here!!

    Pan American Grill - Albert Dock - you may see the odd footballer here!!

    Est Est Est - Albert Dock (I was there yesterday for lunch - very nice)

    Blue Bar and Grill - Albert Dock

  7. hi, try anywhere along the albert dock or come a little further into the city centre and try alme de cuba in seel street.

  8. If you've got a 100 quid to spend get a train somewhere else and have fish and chips when you get there, she'll much prefer that.

  9. Right if I were you ask yourself what type of food do I want to eat as Liverpool has a range of bars, restaurants and clubs.

    Very classy venue, menu is delicious and so is the wine list. Super Pizza’s.

    A great place to eat, lovely atmosphere, candles, great choice and variety on the menu I recommend the Garlic Bread and Cheese and Cajun Chicken or the Chilli.

    You could Try:

    •Lark Lane Area (off Aigburth Road, Aigburth)

    •Albert Dock (located near city centre)

    •Allerton Road (The Patio, Pod and Smooch are all great)
