http://maps.google.com ...or the yellow pages. search for self defense or martial arts training in long island. itll give you a link to their website if they have one. and even give you driving directions on how to get there.

I wouldn't suggest learning from videos or software.  You won't get the quality of instruction that you are looking for.

I would only use videos as a supplement to actual training IMO.
