That really depends on what your looking to do- I used to do competitive gymnastics at the university (in the city I live) and it was pretty tough- that's where they trained for the olympics, in fact, one of the guys from my gym that we used to watch train (when your going for the olympics, they practically lived there) was in the Beijing Olympics (mens team for Canada). So if your looking to do competitive gymnastics, you want to go to a gym that does that.

If your looking for just recreational gymnastics, then there are lots of places that do that.

You can also do a tumbling and trampoline program if thats what interessted you.
