  1. Call aroung to a few trucking companies and ask if they have weight scales for the public. They will charge you maybe $10. They will get the vin and hand you a with slip with the vin written on it and the weigth posted.

    You probably have an out of state truck and want a CA title.


  2. It's there already, on the door.  It will say rear axle, front axle and overall.  The need the overall.  That's all they are asking for.
