C'mon man... the easiest thing to do is gonna be go buy 'em in Mexico...

I get all mine in China Town. At least all the "big boom" fireworks. For those you have to ask around at shops that sell other things like suit cases, thats typically their cameo. Just ask around and your bound to find the good ones.
