Where in Manila, Philippines can I buy swell paper?

According to https://www.rnzfb.org.nz/equipmentshop/products/braille/tactilediagrams/BP0101/, swell paper is plastic sheets which are used for the production of tactile diagrams. The paper is heat sensitive and produces raised lines when passed through a heat diffuser.

Or, if there's none, where can I buy heat-sensitive or pressure-sensitive plastic sheets? Thanks.
